Axl is our once in a lifetime dog. He surpassed every expectation we had for him in the field, in the breed ring, and in our lives. He followed in his father Jaggers' footsteps and became our 2nd Dual Dog Hall of Fame dog. You can’t meet Axl and not fall in love with him. He is a show stopper. He is confident, funny, irreverent and blissful. 

Journey is absolutely stunning. If you look in his eyes he will melt your heart. He is silly and exuberant and very independent. He steals every other dogs toys just because he can. He’s a buddy to every dog he meets. He loves to eat and grunts like a pig when he’s hungry. If you leave and come back in 10 minutes, he acts like you’ve been gone for days and goes wild. He is our wild child.

Zevon is our energizer bunny. He has no off switch. He will work and run and chase birds or sticks 24 hours a day if you let him. He is equally happy being in the field or laying next to you with his head tucked under your chin sleeping soundly. He needs to be the center of attention and the first in line for your affection. He is everyone's favorite because he so loves to be loved.

Ozzy is our heart and soul. He is the most loving, shy, cuddliest bed warmer there ever was. Yet he is smart, obedient, and he fulfilled all our dreams of having a field dog that could rise to the highest levels of field competition. He is our constant companion and best friend.

Jagger was the reason we created RockStar Goldens. He was our first Breed Champion, first Master Hunter and our first GRCA Dual Dog Hall of Fame entrant. He was the stud dog responsible for our line of golden retrievers. He was the smartest, most loyal, spiritual and most giving dog you could ever ask for. 

Zappa was one of the happiest dogs we’ve ever owned. Zappa created his own world and then invited us into it. It was an adventure we cherish to this day. He was beautiful and loudly exuberant and incredibly talented in the field. Not a day went by that Zappa didn’t make us laugh and smile. 

Willie was our first golden and the dog who took us into the world of dog performance. He became our lives, and started us on a 28 year journey into goldens. You have never known love until you own a dog like Willie.

Flea was our rescue dog that we found as a puppy. We adored him. He was raised as a golden so he retrieved ducks in water (and then buried them) and was a master agility dog. He was also a great sport for all our holiday dress up pictures. 

Woody was our second golden and the dog that brought us into the conformation world.  He was a gentle soul who danced to his own drummer and made everyone laugh with his antics in the agility ring.
